  • Prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency) and may change without prior notice.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
  • We only accept PayPal.
  • In case of payment issues (fraud suspicion, incomplete transaction), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and regions.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and shown before checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by location (usually 7–20 business days). Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues.
  • A tracking number will be provided after the parcel is shipped.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
  • DiecastVn.com is not liable for delays or additional fees caused by customs procedures.

5. Packaging & Evidence

  • Every order is packed securely with protective materials.
  • We record a video of the packing process to ensure transparency. Upon request, customers may receive this video via email, WhatsApp, or Messenger.
  • Customers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing video when opening the package. This video will serve as important evidence in case of disputes.

6. Returns, Refunds & Claims

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide a 100% refund or resend the item if available.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DiecastVn.com is not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by customs or courier services.
    • Damage or loss occurring after the package is marked “Delivered” in the tracking system.
    • Additional costs (import duties, local handling fees, etc.) charged by third parties.
