📦 Our Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation
    • Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  2. Packaging
    • All items are carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective materials.
    • For rare/limited edition items, we apply double-layer protection to minimize the risk of damage.
  3. Shipping & Packing Video
    • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment.
    • We always record a video of the packing process to keep evidence for both sides.
    • Upon request, we can send you the packing video via email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or your preferred contact method.
    • A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped.
  4. Carrier Responsibility
    • We work with trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, VNPost, etc.).
    • After the parcel is handed over to the courier, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

📥 Customer’s Responsibility Upon Receiving

  1. Track Your Parcel
    • Use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery status.
    • Contact your local courier if the parcel is delayed or requires customs clearance.
  2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
    • Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
  3. Inspection & Unboxing Video
    • Please check the package carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
    • If the box shows signs of serious damage (crushed, torn, opened), take photos immediately and request the courier to record the incident.
    • When opening the package, customers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing video. This serves as important evidence to help us resolve issues more quickly in case of damage, missing items, or loss.
  4. Report Issues Within 48 Hours
    • If your item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please send us clear photos/videos within 48 hours after receiving the package.
    • After this period, we may not be able to process claims for compensation or replacement.
  5. Lost Parcels
    • If the courier officially confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a 100% refund or resend the item if available.

Important Notes

  • We guarantee authentic products and secure packaging.
  • Once the parcel is successfully delivered (status “Delivered” on the tracking system), the transaction is considered completed.
  • Any disputes will be handled based on the evidence provided by the customer (photos, unboxing video, courier reports, tracking history).
